  A site is simply the physical location of your practice. There are 3 potential statuses of site:

  • Hiring: Highlighted profiles with active jobs. Members will directly engage with you.
  • Networking: Highlighted profiles with potential future opportunities. Members will directly engage with you.  
  • Inactive: Basic profile with branding options. Members are not able to engage directly but can learn more about you. 

Upgrade your site(s) to Hiring and add all open jobs available at each location. Pricing includes unlimited jobs.  

MOTION is designed to highlight your entire footprint including fully staffed locations to cast a wider net, amplify your brand and build a bench for future hires. Volume discounts make it cost effective.  

Member applications are sent by email and in the employer portal. Employers may also include hyperlinks with site and job content.

We have reimagined the resume database product and it’s included in your price. Members can select specific markets on the map to Follow and opt-in to sharing their profile with customers who have Hiring or Networking sites in the Followed market.  Those profiles are provided to you automatically by email and employer portal. This adds an incentive to upgrade more sites in more markets.

Your Hiring and Networking sites are highlighted on the map and elevated in the list view.  The more sites you upgrade the more visible your brand will be on the map.

We also offer a limited number of featured jobs in our member e-newsletter.   

Absolutely! Your Account Management team will be available to answer any questions, walk you through the employer portal or review detailed performance reporting.  

Networking status informs members you may have a future opening or might hire opportunistically. It’s an ideal way to build a bench for future openings, increase your brand visibility on the map and to cast a wider net. When you take jobs off a site, it remains in Networking status.

It’s free. No purchase is required to add branding and rich media to all of your sites.  

Get your full footprint on the map by sharing the details of each work site under your organization so we can accurately showcase your full network to members. Want to stand out even further? Have your sites without current job openings active as Networking sites so members can still connect with you and have a conversation about future opportunities that may arise.  

Of course! Our team will work with you to automate the import of your site and job information. We accept most file types.  

Yes! However, keep in mind that the platform is a member-only resource, so anyone that wants to view the job on the platform itself would require association login credentials. In the case that you do not have association login credentials, we will share screenshots of your site(s) and job(s) live on the platform. You’ll also see your profiles in the Employer Portal.
